1.1 Information You Provide

Business & Contact Information: Your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and other details needed to deliver and invoice the Services.

Project Materials: Content, photos, branding assets, business descriptions, and other materials you provide for your website, Google Business Profile, or SEO work.

CRM Data: Information you choose to store in the SLATES CRM tool, which may include contact and lead information about your own clients, customers, or prospects (see Section 3, “CRM Data You Store”, below).

Payment Information: Billing details needed to invoice you for one-time project work or ongoing monthly maintenance. Payment card information is processed by our third-party payment processor and is not stored by us directly.

Communications: Messages, emails, and call notes exchanged with us in the course of a project.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

If we build or maintain a website for you, we may collect basic website analytics (such as visitor counts and traffic sources) using standard analytics or SEO tools, in order to report on and improve your site’s performance.

We use the information we collect to:

• Design, build, and maintain your website.
• Set up and manage your Google Business Profile and SEO efforts.
• Provide and support your CRM tool.
• Communicate with you about your project, invoices, and account.
• Improve our Services and internal processes.
• Comply with legal obligations.

If you use the SLATES CRM to store information about your own clients, leads, or customers, you (not ROQ Innovation LLC) are the party responsible for that data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, consents, and legal basis to collect, store, and use that information, and to share it with us for the purpose of providing the CRM service.

With respect to CRM data you store about your own clients or leads, we act solely as a service provider on your behalf. We will not use that data for any purpose other than providing, maintaining, and supporting the CRM tool for you, and will not sell it or use it to market to your clients or leads directly.

Delivering SLATES Services may involve third-party tools and platforms — for example, website hosting providers, Google Business Profile, and SEO or analytics tools. These providers process certain data on our behalf or directly as part of their own services, and their own privacy policies govern their handling of that data. We choose reputable providers and share only what is necessary to deliver your project.

Your information is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure, with reasonable technical and administrative safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest where applicable.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With hosting, SEO, analytics, or payment providers who assist us in delivering the Services, subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice provided to you.
• With Your Consent: For any other purpose with your explicit consent.

We retain project and CRM data for as long as you remain an active SLATES client, and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below, subject to any legal or contractual retention requirements.

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your business or CRM data by contacting us at privacy@roqhome.com.
• Opt out of non-essential communications from us at any time.

If you are located in California or another jurisdiction with applicable data protection law, you may have additional rights, including the right to access, correct, or port your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

SLATES Services are intended for business use by professionals 18 years of age or older and are not directed at individual consumers or children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes. Continued use of SLATES Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
