Terms of Service

ROQ is a personal home management platform. You may use the App only for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that could harm ROQ Innovation LLC or other users.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@roqhome.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

ROQ is currently free to use, with no subscription or paid tier required to access the App’s features.

If we introduce paid subscription plans in the future, we will update these Terms — including pricing, trial terms, and billing and auto-renewal details — before those plans take effect, and any change to what’s available for free will be communicated through the App.

You retain ownership of all content you add to ROQ, including home data, projects, experiences, photos, and documents. By using the App, you grant ROQ Innovation LLC a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any documents or photos you add to the App.

To maintain the quality and reliability of the App for all users, and to protect against excessive, automated, or abusive use, ROQ Innovation LLC reserves the right to apply reasonable usage limits to Vault storage (such as individual file size and total storage per home).

These limits are set generously and are not intended to restrict normal home-management use. We may adjust these limits from time to time, and may suspend, throttle, or restrict access for accounts engaged in usage that we reasonably determine to be excessive, automated, or abusive.

The ROQ name, logo, app design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by ROQ Innovation LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

ROQ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that home value estimates or pulse scores will be accurate. Home value data is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a formal appraisal.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROQ Innovation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shawnee County, Kansas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
