Home Profile: Your home’s name, address, photo, purchase price, and other details you choose to add.

Projects: Renovation projects, maintenance tasks, and administrative items you log, including descriptions, costs, dates, and categories.

Experiences: Memories, rituals, and moments you capture, including photos, descriptions, and dates.

Documents: Files you upload to the Vault, including mortgage documents, insurance policies, warranties, and maintenance records.

Account Information: Your name and email address used to create your account.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage Data: How you interact with the App, including features used, frequency of use, and session duration.

Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version.

Pulse History: Your home’s health score history over time, derived from your project and experience activity.

1.3 Information from Third-Party Services

If you connect third-party services (such as property value data providers), we may receive information from those services as described at the time of connection.

1.4 Subscription and Billing Information

ROQ is currently free to use, so we do not currently collect or process any subscription or billing information. If we introduce paid subscription plans in the future, this policy will be updated to describe the limited transaction information (such as plan, trial status, or renewal status) we would receive from Apple or Google to manage access. We would never collect or store your payment card information directly.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and personalize the ROQ experience, including your PULSE score, STUDIO, EVOLUTION timeline, FINGERPRINT, and PORTFOLIO.
• Send notifications including project reminders, experience reminders, overdue alerts, weekly home reports, and pulse state changes.
• Analyze and improve the App’s features and performance.
• Respond to your support requests.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud infrastructure provider. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your ROQ account.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With trusted third-party providers (such as Supabase, Apple, and Google) who assist us in operating the App, subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice provided to you.
• With Your Consent: For any other purpose with your explicit consent.

You may access, update, or delete your home data and account at any time through the App’s settings. You may also:

• Delete individual projects, experiences, or Vault documents at any time.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at privacy@roqhome.com.
• Opt out of non-essential notifications in the App’s settings.

If you are located in California or the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under applicable law, including the right to access, correct, or port your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

ROQ is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of ROQ after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
